THE DENNIS WALTERS GOLF SHOW

Once again, Dennis Walters put on an exciting, inspirational show this year at VinnyLinks. He shared his  message of how he has turned tragedy into a 30 year career. He was told by many that he would never be able to play golf again, but has certainly proven that he can do just that, and do it very well! Although he is paralyzed from the waist down, he has not let that stop him from becoming a great golfer as well as a great individual.




His trick shots included hitting a ball off of an egg, an oversized tee, and a Timex watch, which was given to one of the spectators in the stands. He hit short clubs, long clubs, wobbly clubs, a club shaped as a mallot, and even one shaped as a dog bone. All the shots he hit were hit exceptionally well.

His sidekick Bucky was there to help him along the way. Bucky was able to answer any number question you gave him with barks. The heat was a little much for Bucky on the day of the show, but he usually tee's the ball up for Dennis as well.



Thanks to Dennis for putting on a great, inspirational show. We are anxiously awaiting next year!
